Using this website
qualbids.com is operated by [Legal entity name], 101 High Street #306, Waterford, PA 16441. By using it you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
- The text, design, photographs and code on this site belong to qualbids or its licensors. You may view and share pages for personal or business reference. You may not copy, republish or sell them without permission.
- Don't misuse the site: no attempts to break its security, overload it, scrape it at scale or submit false information through its forms.
- We try to keep information on the site accurate, but it is provided as is and may change without notice.
Participant terms
Joining the list
You must be 18 or older and live in the United States to join our participant list. Joining is free. You will never be asked to pay to take part in a study.
Honest answers
Studies only work when participants are who they say they are. If you give false information in a screener, use more than one profile, or let someone else attend in your place, we may remove you from the list and you may not receive the incentive for that study.
Incentives
Each invitation tells you the incentive, how it is paid and when. You receive it after you complete the session as described. If a study is cancelled by the client, we tell you what you will receive. [confirm cancellation and no-show policy] Incentives may be reportable income, and we may ask for tax information when the law requires it.
Confidentiality
Studies often show products or ideas that aren't public yet. You may be asked to sign a confidentiality agreement and a recording consent at the session. Please keep what you see to yourself.
Leaving
You can leave the list at any time by emailing hello@qualbids.com or using the unsubscribe link in any email.
SMS terms
Program: qualbids Research Alerts
What you'll get: recurring texts about research studies you may qualify for, screener links, scheduling, confirmations and reminders.
How often: message frequency varies.
Cost: message and data rates may apply. qualbids does not charge for texts.
To stop: reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT to any message. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed. You can also ask us to stop by email or phone.

- You agree to texts by ticking the separate, optional checkbox on our sign-up form and giving us your mobile number. Agreeing is not a condition of joining the list or taking part in any study.
- We send texts only to the number you gave us. If you change or give up that number, please tell us so we don't text the new owner.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all other categories of information we share and will not be shared with any third parties.

Clients
Bids, project terms and the Right Seat Guarantee are set out in the proposal and agreement for each project. If those documents conflict with this page, the project documents apply. [link the guarantee terms once final]
Liability
To the extent the law allows, qualbids is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Erie County, Pennsylvania, unless the law where you live says otherwise. [counsel to confirm]
